Abstract

According to the standard of higher education of Ukraine: the first (bachelor’s) level, area  of  knowledge 27 – Transport, in specialty 275 – Transport technologies, special (professional, subject) competencies include "the  ability to organize the interaction of modes of transport", therefore, the work provides the results  of   scientific  research on topic. The need for interaction between sea and air ship or sea vessel with another,  may  occur  in  cases where one of them is either in an emergency, or takes part  in  SAR  (search  and  rescue) operations.  To  improve the characteristics of the trajectory of the controlled movement of life-saving appliances  to  the  point  of meeting with the damaged aircraft  or  sea  vessel,  it  is  proposed  to  introduce  an  algorithm (method)  of  approaching ships into the control and stabilization system of the rescue vessel. Analysis of  the  experience  of  ship control shows that the rendezvous method  is  used  when  rendezvous  with  non-maneuverable  sedentary  objects. The considered algorithm of direct  approach  for  command  control  of  the  aircraft;  the  method  of  approaching the most advantageous lead point during steering control of the aircraft; synthesis of methods for  approaching marine rescue equipment on water  and  algorithms  for  traction  control;  analyzed  methods  of approaching ships with an emergency  facility;  it  is  shown  that  the  method  of  direct  rendezvous  does  not  differ significantly from the method of rendezvous between an  air craft  and  an  emergency  ship;  the  scheme  of vessel stabilization on the route sections is shown.
