ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURAL CHARTS OF JANITOR’S AND DETERMINATION OF PARAMETERS OF CHAIN SCRAPER DITCHERS
Abstract
The most effective method of destruction of the frozen and rocky soils from the point of view of the productivity of machines and prime price of development of soil is the horizontal layer making light by hanging scarifiers on the base of powerful tractors. One of ways of increase of efficiency of burster aggregate is an improvement of his control system. Loosening of soil provides the cost cutting on the ton of products, assists upgrading of products and is a less danger for an environment as compared to implementation of earthmovings a boring- blasting method. In this connection it is necessary to do the analysis of mathematical models of relief at co-operating of rendering-engine of scarifier with the surface of soil. The aim of work is an increase of efficiency of burster aggregate by the improvement of his control system. Application of stochastic models of relief allows to decide the task of cooperation of rendering-engine with soil at motion of base machine on an underlayment taking into account the real relief. An existent mathematical vehicle allows to design motion of base machine on an underlayment taking into account the real hypsography and can be used in further works at the calculations of cooperation of rendering-engine of scarifier with the surface of soil.
