RESEARCHES of STRUCTURAL PROPERTIES the SEA SEARCH AND RESCUE SYSTEM IN THE ZONE OF RESPONSIBILITY OF UKRAINE
Abstract
In Ukraine the system of sea search and rescuing (SAR) is created. System SAR as any other system, consists of separate components (structures) which should function in interaction with a view of system maintenance as a whole. Such structures are the coordination centre search and rescuing (RCC) with corresponding area of search and rescuing (SRR). For the given system in work the concept of the count of the mobile communication is entered, allowing to give the evident information on structure and system structure, to show likelihood structurally-topological characteristics of counts of a mobile communication between structure elements in various conditions of its functioning that gives the chance to solve a wide range of problems of system of search and rescue with the set indicators of efficiency and quality.
