APPROACHES TO SOLVING THE EDUCATION EFFICIENCY AND QUALITY IMPROVEMENT BASED ON USING INFORMATIONAL TECHNOLOGY

Abstract
The article looks into the questions of high-quality sea shipping specialist preparation using the new education paradigms, including one with a competence-based approach. Approaches to solving the task of improving efficiency and quality of education via using informational technologies were analyzed. The problem of optimal management of the knowledge accumulation process is formulated, and a method of solving it through use of entropic information measures is grounded.
