Abstract
The article looks into theoretical questions related to investment projects of sea shipping company development. The main directions of sea shipping company activity based on the world freightage market’s state, including predicting the conjecture of bulk-carrier trump market, are investigated. Situations reflecting changes in a company’s main activities due to changes in the supply and demands’ character are looked into. A basis for a decision making sequence for making a basis for projects of sea shipping company development.
