USE CALS–ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ IN MANAGEMENT INNOVATIVE ACTIVITY AT THE STATE ENTERPRISE «SEA SEARCH AND RESCUE SERVICE»

Abstract

According to the Decision of KP of Ukraine from 24.02.2016 № 158 operates from 10.03. 2016 the decision is accepted «About restoration of uniform system of search and rescuing on the sea». The independent is organised the state enterprise (КП) «Sea search and rescue service». For today in connection with the wide the real requirement in has appeared a computerisation of all kinds of activity of mankind increase of controllability of the enterprise, reduction of paper document circulation and reduction Expenses for the organisation of interaction of headquarters plant with divisions of the enterprise, etc. For this purpose, to raise a management efficiency innovative activity at the enterprise Modern information technologies should be applied, creation besides is necessary the integrated automated system. To modern information technologies the greatest distribution was received by technologies known under the general designation CALS is the abbreviation (Computer Aided Logistic Support) – a translation from English is defined as «Computer support of logistical systems». In article the analysis of concept CALS is carried out – technologies and principles which underlie the specified technology. Realisation is considered CALS–technology principles in information systems of the enterprise and CALS–technologies in designing of difficult systems for creation perspective КП «Sea search and rescue Service».
