NON-FORMAL LEARNING ON INFORMATION SECURITY IN THE PRODUCTION

Abstract

The article noted that beyond formal education in Ukraine, based on European concepts of training and integration of education throughout life, not enough develops flexible form of training in an informal manner that is responsive to the queries and processes of information security in the enterprise. It is established that informal training on information security is becoming an attractive component of professional training of workers in production, because it is not governed by the place of purchase, term and form. Define the duties of employers to develop employees competencies on information security in the implementation of non-formal education. Studied of non-formal leaning on the example of scientificpractical conference, which is held during the past seven years International Technological University «Mykolaуiv Polytechnic». Analyzed indicators in the number and the contingent of participants and picked dynamic in the thematic focus of the reports. Showing a graph of the characteristic of the dynamics of development of a new type of competency for information security, confirming the high efficiency of the conference - a tool for the accumulation of knowledge of modern industry.
