SOME FEATURES OF TASKS OF WATER RESOURCES PROTECTION OF UKRAINE
Abstract
Water bioresources play an important role in vital activity and are the most important factors in the formation of food security. At the present stage, got aggravated global character negative phenomena, which not only inhibit the socio-economic development of society, but also create a real threat to the existence of mankind. The environmental situation in Ukraine has become extremely dangerous. Therefore, the problem of water resources protection is one of the most important in Ukraine. There was a sharp reduction in feed resources, the volumes of fish catch decreased, and the bioproductivity of river and marine ecosystems has decreased.
In connection with the current conditions for the fish branch of Ukraine, it is necessary: strengthening of work directions for the protection and reproduction of hydrobiological resources; conducting of fish-breeding-meliorative and compensation measures related to the artificial formation of ichthyofauna of water bodies; reproduction of aquatic living resources in inland water bodies and the Azov-Black Sea basin; full-scale reproduction of herbivorous fish.
