CHANGE OF TEMPERATURE CONDITION DURING WORK OF EQUIPMENT FOR TREATMENT OF OPTICS
Abstract
The paper discusses the issues of improving the accuracy of product processing optics. Revealed that the main factor influencing the heat polishing slurry is a polishing slurry feeder motor . Therefore, the proposed method of calculating the change in temperature of the polishing slurry when the equipment for processing optics is roughly divided into three stages: the heating of the motor shaft feeder , heating the slurry in the volume of the feeder, the change in temperature as a result of the suspension of its circulation through the pipeline machine. A method of calculating the change of temperature when the equipment for processing optics, based on the description of these processes their thermal balance equations for which the calculated curves obtained and made the appropriate calculations , confirming the accuracy of the developed technique.
