Abstract

In this article the structural and functional model of decision support system for planning transitions transoceanic vessel. Defined set of factors affecting the fuel consumption of the vessel and the ways to reduce it. Substantiated that effective operation decision support system for planning skipper transoceanic crossings possible only if there is in her control modules ship's course and modes of ship power plant. A recommended set of input data and control parameters of the system to support decision-making of the master and also a set of basic functions of the system.
