PROJECT-ORIENTED APPROACH TO INCREASE TO INCREASE COMPETITIVENESS BY EXAMPLE INTENSIVE INDUSTRY COMPANIES
Abstract
The article deals with the project-oriented methods for the enterprise’s competitive ability increase. Using these methods the optimal structure of enterprise management has been formed. A business activity of Zorya-Mashproekt gas turbine research and production complex is held up here as an example. A competitive ability of Zorya-Mashproekt is supported by the dynamic links between innovation and production components. Only project-oriented or project-managed structures of enterprise can provide these links. Global market analysis and production strategies survey of the main foreign competitors have been conducted. Besides, up-to-date research of nomenclature revision aimed to increase the usability is performed. Cost reduction is assigned to increase the batch production of the several products. As a result of research an economic benefits of batch production, proportional links between batch production and area directors’ expenses are presented. In other words the article deals with the dependence of function ranks on the quantity of engine from the one batch. The article concludes with the ways of management structure improvement.
